Overall, the food options at the museum’s food court were satisfactory, with a variety of choices like jajangmyeon, udong, and pork cutlet. The food court had multiple stores, offering a wide range of menu choices. The prices were reasonable, and the second-floor location added to the convenience. Unfortunately, delivery was not an option.
In terms of the museum experience, it seemed to be a great place for families, especially those with young children. The museum had a diverse range of exhibits covering topics such as robotics, space exploration, environmental protection, life sciences, physics, chemistry, and earth science. The interactive displays and hands-on activities were engaging for kids, providing a fun and educational experience.
While there were some mentions of language barriers, as many exhibits were only in Korean, efforts were made to provide QR codes for English translations. Additionally, the lack of translation might have affected the overall enjoyment, with some features not being translated into English.
Parking was available with a fixed fee of 5,000 won, and advanced payment for parking was a new experience for the visitors. The mention of the dead atmosphere after 1 p.m. suggested that the museum became less crowded once school trips left.
Despite some features being under repair and a few exhibitions requiring online pre-booking, the museum offered a full day of exploration, and visitors found it to be an inexpensive way to spend their time. The outdoor areas, including parks and trails, added to the overall appeal of the location.
In summary, the museum appeared to be a fantastic place for families, particularly those with children interested in science. The variety of exhibits, interactive displays, and outdoor spaces made it an enjoyable and educational destination. The food options were decent, and while language barriers were noted, efforts were made to provide translations for English speakers.
