    check out, the staff was unhelpful, and I was only refunded a portion of the deposit. Additionally, I was charged for parking even though I did not have a car.
    The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. The miscommunication regarding the deposit, the incorrect room assignment, and the additional charges for parking left a negative impression. The lack of consistency between the confirmation email and the actual deposit process added to the frustration. I hope the hotel can address these issues to ensure a smoother and more transparent experience for future guests.
