    Dear Marriott,
    I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the accessibility features in the handicapped accessible room were satisfactory, and I appreciate the efforts made to cater to guests with special needs.
    However, I must bring to your attention some issues that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the handicapped shower apparatus in room 107 was broken and appeared neglected for a long time. This was concerning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using the provided filthy shower chair. It’s crucial to ensure the proper maintenance of such essential facilities.
    Moreover, during my five-night stay, there was no maid service unless specifically requested. This information was not communicated during check-in, and I had to request fresh towels and take care of emptying my own trash. This lack of transparency was disappointing.
    Additionally, the evening employee was challenging to deal with and did not fulfill several requests, including putting in my rewards number and getting the room cleaned as requested. The wrong item was also sent to me after check-out, and I was charged for it. This overall experience fell short of the service I have come to expect from Marriott.
    On a positive note, the initial greeting from Joshua at the front desk was exceptional. He provided courteous and efficient service, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Joshua’s professionalism was a highlight of my stay, and he is truly an excellent reflection of your company.
    In summary, while there were some positive aspects, the issues with the room, lack of transparency, and unhelpful evening employee left me with a less-than-satisfactory impression. I hope Marriott can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.
