    Dear Marriott,
    I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, the amenities were satisfactory, including the pool, fitness room, and business center, as mentioned in positive reviews. However, there were some issues that I feel need attention.
    Upon checking into room 107, I encountered a broken handicapped shower apparatus that seemed neglected for quite some time. The condition of the shower chair was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that no managers were scheduled for the entire weekend, which I found hard to believe.
    The lack of maid service unless requested was not communicated during check-in, and I had to empty my own trash and ask for fresh towels. The evening employee was difficult to deal with, not fulfilling my requests during my 5-night stay and sending the wrong item after check-out, along with an unexpected charge.
    On a positive note, Joshua at the front desk provided exceptional customer service when we arrived at 3 am. His professionalism, helpfulness, and efficiency made for one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have had worldwide.
    The hotel itself was generally clean and comfortable, with friendly staff like Lucas at the service desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, with walking distance to stores and eateries.
    While the rooms were nice, some minor issues were noted, such as the small TV size and the room not being cleaned initially. However, prompt action from the front desk addressed these concerns.
    Despite a hiccup with the room assignment, the Marriott location proved to be a great place to stay, with friendly and attentive staff. The only downsides were the TV size and the need for better communication about room cleaning during check-in.
    Although there was an issue with being transferred to another hotel without prior notice, the initial Marriott location was considered phenomenal. The inconvenience was mitigated with Marriott points, but the experience was unexpected and disappointing.
    The hotel was generally good, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a nice location. The only minor complaints were about the TV size and some issues with cleanliness. Overall, it was a positive experience.
    In conclusion, while there were some drawbacks and room for improvement, the overall stay was satisfactory, and the positive aspects mentioned in the reviews were evident. I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing the guest experience at your Marriott property.
