    check out, the same lady told me she could not refund the money because it was charged as a debit. I had to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. I expressed my frustration and she just said “sorry”. The room was not cleaned well, there were crumbs on the desk and nightstand. There were also multiple long black hairs in the bed and on the bathroom floor. I had to request new linens. The walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations in the rooms next to me. The elevators are slow and constantly had issues. I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience.
